1. Introduction
Welcome to Land More Trips (“Land More Trips”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Land More Trips provides marketing, lead generation, and growth services for vacation rental managers, property managers, and short-term rental businesses. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Website development and optimization
- SEO and local search marketing
- Lead generation systems
- Content creation
- Advertising and campaign management
- Brand and digital strategy
Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in each client’s individual agreement.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Accurate Information
Provide complete and accurate business, contact, and property information necessary for us to deliver Services.
Legal Compliance
Comply with all applicable laws, platform rules (Airbnb, Vrbo, Google, Meta, etc.), and regulations related to your business.
Content Ownership
You confirm that any photos, videos, logos, listings, copy, or other materials you provide are owned by you or licensed for commercial use. You are responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual-property issues related to your content.
5. Payment Terms
Fees
You agree to pay all fees outlined in your signed agreement, proposal, or invoice.
Billing & Late Payments
Invoices are due according to the terms in your agreement. Late payments may result in paused services, suspension of ad accounts, or termination of services.
Refunds
Because marketing services involve time, labor, and third-party costs, refunds are not provided unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement, including business data, marketing strategies, login credentials, pricing, and proprietary systems.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership
All systems, frameworks, templates, processes, marketing strategies, websites, copy, and designs created by Land More Trips remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables created for your business while you are an active client and in good standing.
You may not resell, duplicate, or distribute our systems or materials without written permission.
8. Termination
By Land More Trips
We may suspend or terminate Services if you fail to pay, violate these Terms, or engage in behavior that puts our company, staff, or reputation at risk.
By Client
You may cancel your services with written notice. Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Outstanding balances remain due after termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Land More Trips does not guarantee revenue, bookings, occupancy, or ranking positions. Marketing results vary based on market conditions, competition, pricing, guest demand, and client execution.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Land More Trips is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost revenue, lost bookings, platform account suspensions, or third-party platform changes.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Land More Trips, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from:
- Your business operations
- Your listings, properties, or guests
- Your content
- Your violation of laws or platform policies
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
